Example # 1: Buyer Scenario

Let's assume you prefer or have already done the searching yourself. You find a few houses you're interested in, so I take you around and show you the homes you've picked. You find the perfect house and make an offer of $165,500. Your offer is accepted. After the sale closes you will receive $3,310.00 back as a rebate for the hard work you put into finding your home.

TOTAL OVERALL SAVINGS FOR BUYER = $3,310.00 ($165,500 x 2%)

HOW MUCH VALUE CAN WE BRING YOU?

Example # 2: Seller Scenario

You want to sell your house, but don't want to pay thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. You also know that having your home listed on the MLS and Realtor.com is the best way to get potential buyers. So, you sign a listing agreement with an agent, paying them a 3% commission when your home sells. You finally sell your home 4 months later at a listed price of $185,000. So, you then pay your agent $5,550 (3% commission) as specified in the contract.

Total Commisions = $185,000 x 3% = $5,550

BUT, let's say you found out that you could list your home on the MLS and Realtor.com for a flat fee of $495, so you instead listed your home with Vallure Realty. Upon the sale of your $185,000 home, you will only have spent $495, saving you $5,055 compared with if you had gone with another real estate agency.

TOTAL OVERALL SAVINGS FOR SELLER = $5,055 ($5,500-$495)
